Wednesday -
We moved hotels to the Renaissance. Our room had a clear view of the Kodak Theater and the filming of the new Wonder Woman tv show which Leanne would go and watch in the wee hours of the morning. It was time to get more of our tourist on. We spent the day at the WB studios tour and the night at a taping of The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. One of the audience wranglers was Chris Elwood from one of our favorite shows, Flipping Out. The audience warm up comedian made fun of Leanne. Matthew McConaughey was the guest. It was a good time. In the middle we went to the Farmer’s Market which was so cool but we didn’t have enough time to explore. So instead, we ate a yummy Greek restaurant and you guessed it, had some cocktails!

Thursday -
Lazy day laying by the pool where I had to hide in the shade because my Irish skin couldn’t handle the LA sun. Don’t let my spray tan fool you! On Thursday night, the event we had put our blood, sweat and tears into won a Maxi Silver award for Excellence in Cause Marketing. We were the only winner in our category AND the only East Coast shopping mall to be honored. Our clients from WS Development, Ellyne & Carolyn treated us to dinner at a fun Italian restaurant afterwards to celebrate. Here is the video of our Braveheart Awards event winning Maxi Silver.

Friday -
Found out it was snowing at home so our flight was delayed. Leanne and I decided to go to our FAVORITE breakfast/coffee place TIAGO and get one last cappuchino when we stumbled upon Penelope Cruz’s Walk of Fame star ceremony. Well, low and behold JOHNNY DEPP was there too!!! Seeing Captain Jack Sparrow made the long flight to the East Coast a little more bearable.
